Terms of Use
Last updated: June 7, 2026
Draft pending legal review. This document is not yet a binding agreement. Bracketed fields must be completed before launch.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Cycle Tracker (the “Service”), operated by [legal entity / operator name], you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Cycle Tracker is
Cycle Tracker is a tool for manually charting fertility-awareness-method signals and viewing your own data. You enter your own observations; the app organizes and displays them.
Not medical advice
Cycle Tracker is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It is not a contraceptive and is not a guaranteed method of preventing or achieving pregnancy. Cycle-day, fertile-window, and ovulation information are informational summaries of the data you enter and the fertility-awareness method, not clinical guarantees. Do not rely on the app as your sole method of contraception or conception. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
Eligibility
You must be at least [minimum age] to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [contact email] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your data
Your logged data is yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process it only as needed to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempting to access other users’ data, no interfering with or disrupting the Service, and no reverse engineering except where permitted by law.
Availability and warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the Service, including reproductive or health decisions.

We may update these terms. We will revise the “last updated” date above when we do; continued use after changes means you accept them.
